We are not able to offer lock-in or fixed cap fuel pricing at this time. We are a small family run business and locking in rates with our supplier can be too risky for us and too costly to our customers based on the research we have done at this time. We can, however, look up your account history and give you an average idea of what you have paid previously and then you can use that information to make the best decision for your family.

OPTION 1: Pre-pay monthly over the spring/summer, such as May through August, to build up a credit on your account before winter arrives. With this option the idea would be that you have enough credit on account to start deliveries in November and not owe again until January.

OPTION 2: Pre-pay for the year based on your 2-year average so you do not have to worry. This option plan would be due by October 31st.

OPTION 3: Pre-pay year-round so you have the same monthly bill and have a credit on your account. For this option first payment would have to be made after April 1st and before May 31st and would give you the same payment due each month year-round. You can also order a fill and pay for it at any month and then pay the monthly pre-payment to build a credit after that.

You can begin this program any point in the year, however, you would have to have enough credit on your account to cover the delivery or you will be responsible for the balance due.
You do not have to pay our suggested amount and you can miss a payment at any time with no penalty, just remember whatever isn't covered by your credit on account would be due to be paid to us on or before your next delivery.
Any credit left over would automatically roll into next year.
We are a COD company any balance due would need to be paid before we deliver.
If at anytime you need a credit to be refunded, contact us and we will mail you a check within 5 business days (A $15 administration fee applies).
