Helpful Delivery Notes:
*Please remember to schedule your delivery according to our route schedule. This helps us save on diesel fuel and allows us to sell our heating oil at a lower price per gallon.
*We may make an exception to this list if you were to get 3-5 neighbors to switch to us and all organize it to agree to deliveries on the same day each month.
*Please remember our fuel trucks are only 2 wheel drive and heavy so make sure to plow/sand & have a safe path shoveled for our drivers.
*Deliveries should be ordered 3-7 days in advance. Many times we have next day deliveries available but if a driver calls out, we have a storm, we have a DOT check, or we get a ton of HEAP benefits all at once we want you to be prepared.
*Deliveries are generally made between 7 am and 4 pm. We are not able to provide time frames as safety is our #1 priority. You can pre-pay cash at our office, leave a check, or pay with a credit card over the phone so that you do not have to be home for the delivery.
*Emergency deliveries are available to our customers but a $100 run out fee applies if you cannot wait until our next available delivery date. This fee covers overtime and on call expenses.
**May-August all deliveries are scheduled for Friday.**
Saturdays = No deliveries scheduled unless it's an emergency run-out or a special arrangement was made a head of time.
