IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Your message MUST CONTAIN the product you want, the quantity you want, and the method of payment or WE WILL NOT respond. We will respond asap during normal business hours; you should be re-directed to a thank you page after submitting this. We will email you to let you know the price per gallon and date of delivery. Once you place an order you are responsible for this debt. Please use just 1 platform if you order online, email, Facebook, and call you will be responsible for paying for each order you place. Order changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. July 11th-19th we will be closed for vacation. We recommend you order at least 1 week ahead!

Your message MUST include the quantity you'd like delivered (100 g, fill up, $500), the preferred method of payment (cash, check, credit card on file, HEAP we are COD), and the product (kerosene/50/50 blend/regular heating oil/#2)or we will not respond. Smith & Sons typically can delivery within 3 - 6 business days. If you require an urgent delivery, do not use this form to place your order please call. We do not post prices online as they can change frequently with the market conditions beyond our control (like gas for your vehicle). After you place your request, we will email you confirmation that we received your order and notify you of the price and delivery date (if you just want to inquire about current prices please email us directly). If you do not see a confirmation from us in your inbox within 1-2 business days please contact us. We cannot offer timeframes; deliveries are made between 7:30am and 4pm on the zone days listed under "Contact - Delivery Area" page. Tank, whistle, and pipes must be in good working order prior to submitting an order. If the order is for a business account - Non Res Tax & Sales tax apply Payment is due on or before delivery. We can add Credit/Debit card on file. We also now accept ACH payments. If you would like to put one of these on file or need to update your card info please call the office. We do not recommend submitting that information through this form or by email. Thank you! May-August we are typically open Mondays 9-1 and Wednesdays 9-3. We deliver on Fridays only during that time. Please remember, we recommend ordering 1 week in advance Nov-March. Any payment or quantity changes you make-need to be done 24 hours prior to delivery as drivers start at 7 and are in and out of service and will likely not receive the change. Tank and whistle must be in good working order before ordering. If you are emailing your order please include the name the account is under, the quantity you'd like, & how you prefer to pay. If you'd like to pre-pay you can set up recurring monthly payments on our website.
